Project Overview
project meant to bring kindness folder to everyone you know and the people you admire. Can you give this sort of gift to other people so that you can contribute to each others’ kindness journals? People currently manually do a bunch of this tracking themselves.
- Sharing and co-curation is not only useful but very intimate and heart-warming

all of the above should ideally be mostly generated by doing all the bookkeeping upfront. track gratitudes and admiratios and moments
- how to tag the photos though? not great to use obsidian as the database in that case…
- it’s ok to do things that dont scale given the size of this right now and happy to spend some manual time to customize each card for each receipient since there’s less than 30. Maybe just dump all the photos that remind you of people into a single album and then can tag manually?
- this is reminding me of Reservoir, also generally the challenge of maintaining structure and annotations on rich media objects gets exponentially harder
close with note and gratitude for friendship and presence and attention.

key is to make input and capture as seamless and easy as possible and it needs to be friendly to capture on the go
these unfortunately all require custom packs… except for gmail and maybe slack.

- trying out twilio to be native to coda but i think the trial is a limited monetary amount. Now you can just text whatever you want

what is the easiest schema for people to do?
- need way to delimit receiver from sender. Main separation is whether it’s about you or someone else from you
rough format <target> : < person > <message>
- the person can be anywhere in the message after the colon. For now assumes one person per entry

coda doc manages the database, can send emails from the coda doc
do you need custom software to run this? probably not, nothing else it provides besides making it feel cozy. Maybe just spin up a custom landing page via vercel or webflow or something or host on a subdomain of my website?

- add automation that syncs over to main table whatever comes from twilio because you need to allow for manual add
