where did it go? the missing egg. it was once whole and brilliant and perfectly round, until the day it was gone.

I remember the silky whites. How they gather in provocative patterns and foam vortexes with their tendrils I remember the effusive yolks. Those creamy, evasive cores of sunshine. how they capture a life of richness.

Separated and sent adrift, different twins cast to faraway corners, soulbound together from inception yet physically lightyears away.
