listen to your body
when your mind urges caution when it chides your defiance when your body demands action listen to your body
when your thinking becomes frozen trapped in a time loop stuck in a fresh pile of dung when your mind starts to reek of fear amputate the infected listen to your body
when you want to save it for a special occasion when you’re afraid of messing things up of the messiness of your desire when you tell your body you’ll get another chance so be patient reject the illusion of safety listen to your body
when every fiber is coiled up a swarm of snakes poised to strike when your mind tries to cage them tries to stuff them in attics & graves tries to clamp their screaming with words of fire & pleads of smoke & cleave their tails with doubt loosen your grip let your little snakes go listen to your body make a world of its own.
