- amazement at how many smart, talented people dropped everything in their normal lives to join this crazy effort and stayed with it for the most part despite all the interpersonal struggles and power conflicts. It sounds super intense and stressful to manage all of those people and figure out how to attribute fairly to everyone while still pushing forward this broad end vision
- Lot of respect for vitalik buterin for being super committed to an open and community-driven end vision and trying his best to keep that alive. Had to make some hard decisions and really the best kind of leader that doesn’t want the power and just wants the vision to come alive
